Refund policy

At Antigularia.com we want your shopping experience to be satisfactory.
If you're not happy with your order, you have a legal period of 14 calendar days to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a return, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users.

1. Right of withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the order, without needing to give a reason.

To exercise this right, the customer must notify their decision to withdraw by means of an unambiguous statement (for example, by email or contact form).

2. Return conditions

For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered, including its original packaging, labels, accessories and documentation.
  • The product must not have been handled, used or damaged.
  • The return shipment must use suitable packaging that protects the items during transport.

If these conditions are not met, Antigularia.com reserves the right to reject the return or apply a reduction in value.

3. Exclusions from the right of withdrawal

Due to their nature, returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Unique, personalised or made-to-order items.
  • Products which, for hygiene or deterioration reasons, cannot be returned once opened or handled.
  • Digital or downloadable items.
  • Items which, due to their age or historical value, have specific characteristics previously described on the product page.

4. Return procedure

  1. Send an email to antigularia@gmail.com stating your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We will reply with the shipping instructions and return address.
  3. The customer will bear the direct cost of returning the item, unless the error or defect is attributable to Antigularia.com.
  4. Once the merchandise has been received and checked, the full refund (including the original shipping costs, where applicable) will be issued within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt of the returned product.
  5. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise expressly agreed.

5. Defective or damaged products

If the product arrives defective or damaged in transit, the customer must report it to Antigularia.com within 48 hours of receiving the order, attaching photographs of the condition of the item and its packaging.

In these cases:

  • Antigularia.com will cover the cost of collection and replacement (if applicable).
  • If it is not possible to replace the product, a full refund will be issued.

7. Applicable law

This return policy is governed by Spanish and European Union law, in particular Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, and any other complementary regulations on consumer affairs and e-commerce.
